I'm in the Army…have been for 10 years. And frankly, it's hard to meet someone without going to a bar, pool hall, etc., these days. That's just not my scene.
I have been thinking about online dating for military members. I don't really want someone in the military…just someone who knows up front that I am and could be deployed, transferred, etc. Obviously, a long distance relationship might even work.
Any advice for me? What should I put in my profile? Are there people who want to meet a lonely soldier and start out as friends first?
